Olivia Perez, LSSP, NCSP

Olivia Vargas Perez is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She has over 20 years of experience serving children with disabilities, families, educators, and public/charter school administrations. Her areas of expertise encompass special education law, psycho-educational, psychological, and behavioral assessment, and best-practice implementation of academic and behavioral interventions. She is the owner of IdentiFIE, a special education consulting firm whose clients include school districts throughout Texas and parents of students with autism, attention difficulties, and other special needs. 

She graduated from Rice University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned her Specialist Degree in School Psychology in 2016 from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. She currently serves on the Crisis Response Committee for the Texas Association of School Psychologists and

is a member of the National Association of School Psychology. She is the proud mother of 3 beautiful girls, ages 7, 11, and 13 and she is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Prior to becoming an LSSP, her work in education began at Baylor College of Medicine where she coordinated a long-term research study focused on social-emotional learning via facilitated adolescent peer-groups as a specially-designed intervention to deter drug and alcohol use in teens. She also worked in a private clinic providing court-mandated treatment for juvenile sex offenders, victims, and families. Her service to children with disabilities began when she served as an Early Intervention Specialist under Early Childhood Intervention (ECI). There she provided in-home developmental and transition services to the special education system.

She conducts school-based psycho-educational and psychological evaluations for school districts on a contract basis and also conducts Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) at the request of parents. Areas of expertise include: Autism, ADHD, Emotional Disturbance, Specific Learning Disability including Dyslexia, Intellectual Disability, and Manifestation Determination Reviews (MDRs).

Throughout her career she has served children with disabilities in over 20 school districts, charter school systems, and private schools throughout the state of Texas.

Evaluation & Support Staff

Krystle Willson, LSSP

Licensed Specialist in School Psychology

Krystle is a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. She graduated from the school psychology program at The University of Houston - Clear Lake in Houston, Texas. Prior to becoming an LSSP, she served in the United States military and also worked as a special education teacher. She is the proud mother of three girls.

Karman Hagelston, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Karman is a Speech - Language pathologist. She attended the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. Her extensive experience includes working with children in both, the clinic and school settings. She has also served as the Director of Rehabilitation for a private pediatric therapy group.

Armando Rodriguez, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Armando is a physical therapist. He graduated from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, Texas. He is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. He is the proud father of two children.

Cely Ramirez

Community Outreach

Cely is our Community Engagement Specialist. She currently attends the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, TX. She comes from a highly international background having lived and studied in both the United States and Mexico. Prior to coming to IdentiFIE, she attended the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico where she focused on International Business. Her passion includes creating effective, educational messaging to reach underserved Hispanic populations in both the United States and Mexico.

Hector Perez, MBA

Business Consulting Services and Procurement

Hector manages all aspects of the business-related affairs of IdentiFIE. He also provides strategic consultation to district-level special education administrators and coordinators to help them create cost-efficient organizational structures. He understands the complexities of special education funding, as well as the legal aspects related to compliance, that guide decision-making in districts. He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University in Houston, TX.

Alondra Ramirez

Business and Operations & Spanish Interpreter

Alondra is the Executive Assistant to the leadership team at IdentiFIE. She is focused on the business development of IdentiFIE and ensures the team meets all deliverables with fidelity. She also supports districts and families with real-time Spanish - English interpretation services during ARD meetings. She currently attends the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in Edinburg, TX. She is extremely detail-oriented and loves learning about the intricacies of the special eduction system in Texas.
